In the context of this policy, "material" encompasses all types of communication, including narrative descriptions, graphics (such as photographs, illustrations, images, drawings, logos), video recordings, and audio recordings. It is strictly prohibited to store or display any adult-oriented material on your hosted domain site or pages.
d. Endangering Minors: The use of SODETEL service to cause harm or attempt to harm minors in any manner, which encompasses activities such as child pornography or sexual solicitation, is strictly prohibited and may lead to criminal charges.
e. Unauthorized Use: SODETEL service must not be utilized to transmit any material (via email, uploading, posting, or any other means) that knowingly or unknowingly breaches any relevant local or international law, or any applicable rules or regulations.
f. Illegal Activities: You must not use SODETEL services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or distributing malicious software.
g. Inappropriate Content: You must not post or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates community standards.[NA1]

Violation of Copyright, Patent, Trademark, Trade Secret, or Intellectual Property Rights: The utilization of SODETEL service to transmit any material (via email, uploading, posting, peer-to-peer, or any other means) that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of a third party is strictly prohibited.
i. Personal Data: The utilization of SODETEL service to gather or attempt to gather personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent is strictly prohibited.
j. Violation of Privacy: Any activity that violates the privacy of others, including unauthorized access to personal information, is strictly prohibited.
k. Spamming: Sending unsolicited messages, advertisements, or other forms of spam is not allowed.
l. Unauthorized Access: Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data, including attempts to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system, is prohibited.
m. Distribution of Malicious Software: Any attempt to distribute or facilitate the distribution of malware, viruses, or any other harmful software is strictly prohibited.
n. Abuse of Resources: You must not engage in activities that abuse network resources or disrupt the services for others.
o. Reselling the Services without SODETEL’s authorization.
p. Adding, removing, or amending identifying network header information in an attempt to mislead or deceive.
None of the above-mentioned Prohibited Activities are and can ever be accidental, and the product of a normal use of the internet software, email programs and normal internet browsing. All of the above actions are deliberate, intentional, with pure knowledge of the circumstances it will lead to, and, in most cases, require sophisticated and developed software knowledge and programs.
II. Reporting Abuse
You are encouraged to report any abusive or inappropriate behavior observed on our network. Reports can be submitted to ________________________.
